Nulixo has no obligation to keep shareholders updated. But if I had 5 million shares and millions of dollars in loans outstanding to a company, and millions more in deferred compensation, I would probably want some positive developments announced. Getting some pps appreciation on legitimate positive progress is totally legal. My thinking is that there is no positive news to report. But some can revel in the make believe world of secrets.
