most OTC targets do not survive .. let alone outlast NRs' almost unlimited *efforts*
(10 plus years and counting)
P2O's ability to execute (for me that is a sequence of material events filed)
will *impact* NRs' resets (trades) and *abusive* efforts' embedded for over a decade
