Look at that section they redacted so we can't see it...look at the title of that redacted section on Adobe page 216 and going through to page 218.
The title says: CONSIDERATION, PAYMENT and CARRY.
So we know there was a percentage carry. We know there was a cash payment. But we didn't REALLY know that there was going to be an entire (redacted) section of with the subtitle of CONSIDERATION.
You know what that means bro? A Consideration in addition to cash and carry?

That means they get an interest in other properties that Total has!
