There is a deal with Total for EEZ Block 4 (see link, Adobe Reader page 204). There is also a deal with Kosmos for EEZ Block 4 (page 295). The Texas Appeals Court documents prove this.
The big question is, which deal are Total and Kosmos now negotiating around? Is it the one the will leave ERHC with a reported 5% interest in the block (which appears to be a carried interest and also comes with some form of payment, per the court documents), or will it be the one that gives ERHC $700K for the entire block.
The waiting continues.
