perhaps a special sort of room could be created for those who were accepted by members of the group that had a good attitude.
A room where one could be banned from, and if one created a new alias ,
they had to prove themselves over a period of months in the regular room.

The new alias would not- NOT be allowed like it would in general IH areas.
