While it doesn't mention any updates for any cancer patients in the PR (other than testimony's), I don't read anything negative from this.
Your thoughts about a PR and video seems probable and IMO likely to be discussed during the CC also.....if not during the formal portion, then I 'm sure someone will inquire during the Q&A.
