King Oil, you haven't been contacted because Lucky My Dog (who is Cindy Bear) and Quirk are not directors or in any other way associated with the company (other than being shareholders). They are trying desperately, as Quirk has over the past few years, to get shareholder info so that they can get elected to the board and ruin the company. Of course, they are in a hurry because they recognize that the SEC filings will be up to date in a month, and that a shareholder meeting will be conducted before end of June.
These individuals are shamefully self-serving and deceptive, and they are backed by others who have no interest in representing shareholders.
