Question? What would be the out come if Kevin Kowbel did not amend and file the new corporation document(s) that increased the authorized shares. If authorized shares were not raised from 300 million to 450 million shares and the outstanding shares exceeded the authorized, what happens to the allocation of shares that exceed the authorized shares.
