As build put in his email to Joe, what are they looking at about 600K shares of NGIO? Then issue 600K more shares and pay the buyers from 2/17-2/24. What is it costing the company? NOTHING since there is no value right now for NGIO. When they go public with NGIO with 100M shares at $4, that is $400M market cap. $2.4M would only 0.6% of the market cap. Big deal. But to me and all the others that purchased, it is a big deal. I want my shares!
