I hear you, I just mean when he said that specific quote on the 24th it was already set on the 17th. So that aspect of it was not forward looking and I believe companies can’t lie about the past and say oh well safe harbor (just basic assumption on my part I’m no lawyer). Regardless, that would become a legal matter, which sadly I don’t want to ever be the case.
