And the shareholders could not have known there was a difference. The FINRA filings were not posted until Monday morning 2/24/2020. The company was negligent in making sure the information was posted on the FINRA site.
I even texted Joe Friday night to tell him it was not there and he responded that he was fed up with these guys and they should have emailed him if there was an issue. That tells me he NEVER LOOKED HIMSELF! or at least his SEC/FINRA lawyer did not (I thought they have an ex SEC lawyer working with them know that SHOULD HAVE KNOWN).
They can not expect a shareholder to have made a decision based on FINRA info when THERE WAS NO FINRA INFO until Monday 2/24/2020.
