The fact of the matter, he lumped both Dividends into one payout with the same 'date'. He never broke them out separately. He screwed up, if his intention was to pay them differently.

But that is on him, not the shareholders. He needs to be accountable for that and just do what he said in his CC and PRs and based on them, pay the Dividends as stated, which is they go hand in hand - TOGETHER on the same date.
