I will add one more thing. Joe may have a legal leg to stand on with this NGIO no-Ex-Date crap due to all the "forward looking statements", etc.

However, that doesn't change the fact that, if he does not make this right, he will have blatantly misinformed his shareholders and appeared both untruthful and incompetent in the process.

I will be missing out on ~5300 NGIO shares...
