Because of bad weather visibility is very poor, the January photo shows the nano complex site was all cleared now there is something in it so definite some construction is going on, something like a mesh all over the site, could be steel poles coming out of the ground, the foundation of the multi-storey factory. Hope clearer photos from the next couple months will clarify it. If the nano complex indeed has begun, it will be completed in the second half of 2020. OEM manufacturers/tenants will move in, production will begin and sustainable revenue will flow in with minimum royalties starting next year.
