Here is the problem I see here.
Joe represents Generex as the CEO on the calls and basically wherever he goes or whatever he says when discussing Generex.
How he conducts himself at all times is important. You can say he is sweet and nice and lovable on a CC, but if he is the opposite on a board for example, how he acts is irrelevant on a CC. People will see his conduct on the board or wherever.
That’s reality.
I mentioned just deal with facts and stop demeaning shareholders and what happened, he went and attacked me in a follow-op response.
Words do matter. Joe can’t accuse others of lies, of falsehoods, when he turns around and accuses people of not being shareholders when they are, of not being on calls, when they were, etc....
He’s a CEO and needs to act it.
