I hear 'ya, but personally, I'd like to find out if they're a waste of time - to some they may be, to others they might be reassurance that we're staying the course. If there's no demand for updated info, then people wouldn't be bothering Mark all the time for it. The expense is a trade off, it costs a lot for Mark to spend time answering emails, an hour of his time, alone, runs about $200.
