The following thought may be putting the "cart before the horse."

Assuming that Leronlimab realizes it's full potential, which I believe may be a functional cure for HIV, cancer and multiple other chronic illnesses. This implies that millions of lives could be saved. What is the likelihood of the USA, or another country appropriating the medicine on the grounds of national security or overarching national interest.
I realize this is somewhat of an esoteric thought, but the pharmaceutical industry is not the most loved industry by politicians. Which I'm sure our licensing partner may have some interesting perspective.
