No, Homer, it doesn’t seem crazy. But what gives one pause is that the condition continues to exist! It just can’t seem to go up, no matter how amazing the numbers look.

The div is the roadblock. Once that is removed, I still believe we will get a couple of measurable items in the rear view mirror, and the price will begin to recover.

Until then, it’s priced for failure, so it’s a huge opportunity... or a disaster in the making. All of us are betting on the potential... and I think we will know one way or another by some time in March...
