I don't think you are crazy. In the past weeks I put $10500 into 2 Roth accounts and bought at .54 to .56. I have worked it all out on a spreadsheet and am seeing phenomenal potential returns. And I think NGIO will be priced higher than $4. The wonderful part is it will be all tax free.
