Well, GNBT never had a chance for an uplisting in the first place. The 10-K proved that.
So, the dividend really didn't matter. They could have paid that in the beginning and none of this mess would have happened and they would have been better off in the beginning.
Now, three postponements later and here we are getting the ship straightened out hopefully.
