This could actually be a good opportunity to buy if in fact the OTC handles this as a split instead of a dividend. Assuming the last pps before the dividend is $.60. If they split us the pps goes to $.30 but the true value at a 40% dividend is $.36. That's a 16% discount to value. I'd buy heavily to $.36
