PR announcing the new div was 1/3/20.
On the prior call (1/21/20), Joe stated (page 37 of transcript):
So, again, you have a NASDAQ company that we own 85 percent of, and the stock is at $4 or $5 a share and I own $300 million shares--and I'm giving a hypothetical. Let's say $5 in liquid assets, what do you think will happen?

I think the 85% comment was prior to the div structure changing. 70% makes sense with the 2:5 NGIO div.
