The one other concern that I have and was tempted to ask (and then decided against for whatever reason), is how they will make sure that this Chinese cooperation partner will honor the IPs of Generex, what keeps them from breaking the deal once the knowledge transfer is completed and produce as vaccine as they like and not pay royalties to Generex.
Chinese companies are well known to ignore international patents and still produce copies of the original products and sell them way cheaper than the original. GNBT delivers them their full technology on a silver platter and then assumes that they stick to the agreement. In addition, what happens to such a desl/agreement should China close their borders entirely or the trade war that Mr. Trump is still battling out with China continues and gets worse?
