Well, it may be above my pay grade, but my understanding was it is still merging with the other company and the Div shares are coming out like an IPO.
I pursued the SH makeup, and Joe stated that there will be 2 groups:
- GNBT with 70% (minimum)
- Div shares the balance
So maybe we are getting a higher ownership % than when Joe said GNBT would keep a minimun of 85%?
No distinct time frame given. "Audits are complete, partner review today/tomorrow. The S-1 is complete." He implied they could file the S-1 after the Div Record Date and amend it with the final share info after the div is paid. I'd have to read the transcript, but it seemed to me that he was indicating the funds might be available within a couple of weeks or a month?
