Sorry, Zoli, I misunderstood your point in my earlier reply. Yes, the Altucell deal currently needs to be closed before the likely closing date of the NGIO spin/S-1 $ availability. My guess is that Joe is planning another extension w the Altucell team that we are yet unaware of... or he has funds coming from "somewhere" to close the deal. There is a blurb out there in the 8-k, I believe, where it says the funds will come from a certain identified source or something like that.
