My only concern remains, if the sequence of events pans out the way Joe mentioned in the answer to my questions during the last CC.
It still seems to me, that he needs to money, in particular to close the AltuCell deal, BEFORE he will be able to spin-out NGIO and thus generate the value driver for the GNBT PPS BEFORE he closes the S1 funding deal and in the end will still give away half of the company to raise the necessary $40m.
This means, all of the "meat on the bone" that you mentioned in your posting, hoops, is fine and sounds GREAT, but it all boils down to the fact that Joe needs the $40m and that ASA(F)P and it really seems that he cannot wait until the NGIO spin is carried out. So, in view, the only other alternative is to give away half of the value of GNBT, which he explicitely said that he does not want happening and his only answer was, NGIO spin, but that is - I assume - at least one months away, but he does not have that much time to close the AltuCell deal!
