I saw the post about the short trading data from buyins.net. Is that a service CYDY pays for or any investor can subscribe to? I looked at the data posted and I interpret as the shorts were legal, is my interpretation correct? Also using Schwab you can't short CYDY says something about limited quantity of shares to borrow. So these folks shorting must be using a different service to short. Any correction or explanation is welcomed.
