WinstonNC, if the Vietnam government stands to receive 15% of a huge diamond exchange, why would they not be putting us with companies they guarantee will come through? Do you think for a second China or Russia (both communist) would put companies up that would back out if millions/billions in revenue are there for the taking? It may be that the state owned company will only come into play with the ADE after private activation of the fund, but why not name it? I am not trying to be disagreeable in any way. I am just trying to answer legitimate questions for all of us. Thanks!
