KY there certainly is a Public / Private partnership between
PHIL and the VIETNAM GOV, for example with the ADE
its an 85%/15% split PHIL/VN in revenue take,
and I'm not an expert on this
but as I understand it our VIETNAM PARTNER technically is a
private company, although because VN is basically a
socialist communist country the VN GOV has their hand
in just about every company.
And so the our VN Partner has to be approved
by VN GOV and LUX GOV to be part of the ADE and other
future projects in VN using the LUX FUNDS.
