If it is I'm sure they'd be loathe to put that in print and face some FDA wrath. The amount of that bonus would be extremely imprudent otherwise. Any financial body looking at giving Cytodyn $40 - $50 million is going to take management remuneration into account. Not to mention lawsuits for undue enrichment.
