Agreed and both Joe and Todd have said now that the dividend is happening, it's just waiting to be approved.
So, GNBT / NGIO is going to happen. Just the 'coming days' / any days now is the question.
FINRA is showing approvals left and right. What the question that needs to be answered is, what is FINRA currently looking at that is delaying that any day now?
