I like GMIN's idea if it will help expedite the process, but didn't Todd say any day now? Has anyone talked to Todd Falls or Joe after Creekrat talked to Todd the other day?

I would prefer to keep the total shares at 45 mil, reconsider GNBT divi at a later date when company is more stable. I think it will expedite Finra approval process and benefit the S1 and pps.
