I think that Treaty realizes that they are losing credibility with every word that comes out of their mouth and they need some damage control.  Even us longs are starting to wonder what is going on.  Last year we all had hard ons for this company and we accepted set backs here and there but then this failed and that failed and nothing was successful.  Now I think they are going to try to calm the crowds.
