I don't recall ever seeing or reading about a TECO cc, I'm assuming this is a first.  Just a W.A.G. here but doesn't it make sense for them to have something positive to report prior to the CC??  I mean that would help to soothe the wounds that we all have suffered through in the past 12+ months.  I know a lot of you have been here a lot longer than that, but that's how long I've been involved.  I know that companies have CC on a regular basis and not all of them are going to be positive, but it just seems to me that the first one that TECO has would be associated with a positive event of some sort.  Grasping at straws I guess but that's my take on it.
