2 to 3 million merchants on this one deal is in sync with the SFOR CEO publicly projecting these clients come onboard during the course of a year at a rate of about 200,000 per month. I expect that to be a rough average, not exact numbers.
So about 200,000 clients added per month at a minimum licensing of $10 each and 15% royalty is approximately $300,000 in monthly revenue. If you look up the 10K from last year, monthly expenses were less than that. So SFOR in a very short time from now, is potentially bringing in more per month than is going out. Maybe not in mid-February, but the middle of March might reach that threshold. A surplus on a monthly basis potentially beginning in March is very interesting. By late summer they'd be cash-flow positive for the entire year which is what I believe the CEO has been projecting recently.
A monthly surplus potentially beginning sooner than people realize could begin to payoff the worst of the notes before they mature.
No guarantees!
