I feel that ACS starting to get paid by FirstData is more

I feel that ACS starting to get paid by FirstData is more likely to have begun in January, so that's why I think SFOR will more likely begin receiving royalties on this ACS deal by Feb 15. I don't necessarily think we'll hear about it the moment it comes in, but I would like for that to happen. Or Mark could say for instance that they had opportunity to retire some of the adjustable convertible debt before it's maturity date, which would be quite a tell.
