Yeah, they have never explained how they can price the Reg A at higher than what the stock trades at on the OTC.
No one will buy the Reg A shares if they can buy them cheaper on the OTC.
I always assumed they had some ace up their sleeve to get the OTC price up before pricing the Reg A. Let's hope so.
