Additionally, the money from the property sale or the money from the ironic fraud settlement could have been used to fix the pipes...and probably all other broken pipes within a 10 mile radius.
Also additionally, the money advanced to PTOI from the directors with the express purpose of fixing the processors as put out in the press release, could have been used to fix the processors.
