Indeed, The $1.29 resistance was touched on 4/12, 4/14, 4/18, 4/26 of 2016.
It was unsuccessfully broken on 4/17 and 6/16 same year with higher than average volumes. However, there wasn't any sustained price-volume values during these events.
We can think of this price as "meaningful" but not really support and resistance areas.
