Vyera Pharmaceuticals, Martin Shkreli, and Other Defendants are being charged. I sent a email to NP asking if Cytodyn will be commenting in next few days regarding the lawsuit and how if any this may effect the licensing deal last year. Is there any contingencies in the contract ?
