A macrophage is a type of leukoyte(white blood cell). If his MIL is not mTNBC AND not CCR5+ AND having a great response AND having no side effects, this may be a cancer breakthrough for many (? maybe all) cancer patients. Again N=1, but this may be a big deal.
I agree that it is a very big deal that the other MOA of Lero can have this much of an impact. My issue with his answer, and the fact that they haven't released the CTC info, is that it is still relevant. The tumor shrinkage is very important, but the CTC levels are important as well as they are in indicator of metastasis.
Telling us that the is no mTNBC (which we all knew) is not an answer to "what is her CTC level?"
