In my question I asked whether they believe that one of the secondary mechanisms (macrophage response) might be helping her if her cancer is not CCR5+.
A macrophage is a type of leukoyte(white blood cell). If his MIL is not mTNBC AND not CCR5+ AND having a great response AND having no side effects, this may be a cancer breakthrough for many (? maybe all) cancer patients. Again N=1, but this may be a big deal.
