zolis, I don't see that as public information. It calls for speculation on the part of MMPJoe and any negotiation/litigation is in the hands of the attorneys. His confidence in winning the battle doesn't necessarily translate into a specific outcome. If I were Mr. Heid, I wouldn't want any speculation as to any legal outcome.

I'm sure we would all like to know how CMP and Veneto might compensate Generex and by extension, its shareholders, but that is not information for a CC or a message board.
