What I actually found surprising during the CC is that MMPJoe had no answer for me for the following question (I asked him and he basically answered "no idea":

In an ideal case, meaning if you could imagine your best case scenario, how do you see GNBT and us loyal shareholders be compensated for the losses inflicted by the "illegal selling" of CMP and Veneto?
Throughout the entire CC he sounded extremely confident that his view of what happened is correct and thus there should be no question for him that he/GNBT's lawyers would win this case. And thus I would assume that one would have a compensation in mind, that the losing party should pay to GNBT and us shareholders.
