and the reason this *round* is more *interesting* .. is because unlike prior *rounds*
we have a known value for a private company's first site/install as of April 2019
with the (beyond ironic considering the earlier reference to DC) *backing* of
site's (state) green bonds .. so the former (selective) equity destroyer is now a backer and proponent
and it's why colluding entities (brokerages) et al are clamping down .. after all
only CEs can illegally manipulate PTOI ..
making that 449 to 1 even more *revealing*
