PTOI's YTD *volume* in 2019 was 24,022,433

as was *reported* to Finra .. PTOI's *volume* was split (PRIMARY) between NITE (5 mos) & CDEL (5 mos)
and ETRF (2 mos including the month of July .. the lowest volume month for PTOI in 2019)

answering a query .. as to NRs' increasing volume efforts ..

imo 12M off the top for a split between NITE & CDEL's abusive *efforts*
leaving 12M ..
6M *sells* .. 6M *buys* .. of which imo retail (actual investors) are 2M of
and another entity with 4M ..

just one reason why i'm curious about the *volume* in 2020 (specifically the first 2 Qs)

the 64M$ ? is which non retail entity is doing volume maintenance on PTOI

we know who blocked .. NITE did @ 0375 back in early November .. pre NR *set up* (record volume month)
CDEL does by rote .. GTSM has gotten far more active in their *efforts* over the past several months

imo P2O (the company) becomes a buy out candidate with P2O's processing of X buyers' various feedstock streams

when that 8K is filed by P2O .. it is quite possible that 64M$ ? gets answered

it wasn't *retail* that did more *volume* in PTOI in 2019 .. than 4 prior years (2018/2017/2016/2015)
and even discounting 12M for the usual suspects and their boss .. for 2019's *abusive* efforts
it does beg the ? .. who .. imo the why is obvious (3/Flagship & SAIC)

time will tell .. and all with interest will see ..
