I don't post much but made a couple purchases of shares a while back and am deeply in the red, like I expect most are.
My concern isnt so much the dividends as it is the s1 filing. If/when it becomes effective, wheres the $40 million coming from? There doesnt appear to be an underwriter so whomever is leading this offering has to actually go out and raise it.
But $40 million is worth more than the entire company. WIll the banker raise any capital for a 60 cent stock and one that isnt on nasdaq? Is the hope the stock rises over $2?
Was unable to join the call yesterday but will read the transcript when its available, maybe the answers are there. I still believe gnbt has a real shot to succeed in the long term. I'd buy more down here and average down if the above made some sense.
