It's a wide potential range for the value of our spinoff shares... he said 100-300MM shares, with ~20MM shares issued in the divs.
If it's toward the high end of that range, that implies huge overall value. I am mostly concerned that it shows enough real assets on GNBT balance sheet to drive the S-1.
If we look mid-range for discussion, maybe ~200MM shares @ $2.50-3/sh. I'd take that with a smile!
