500m valuation seems pretty conservative. I would be surprised if it wasn't closer to 1 billion.
So it sounds like we are not merging into a shell company first? He doesn't mention that anymore but says we are going direct to Nasdaq. So that implies a Nasdaq IPO with bell ringing?
