We won IPR twice, Microsoft settled because they knew our patents were strong. SecureAuth made some nasty moves and it favored them.
Remember CA judge daughter husband work for Accenture, direct partner of SecureAuth... all judicial system is a swamp of money believe or not... since that time everything went downhill... we were about to settled with DUO, Centrify and Trustwave... they lost the IPR and they were ready to pay... but all those SecureAuth shady moves made us lose the case.
Patents still very strong and we will destroy them if Supreme Court fix their shitty Alice 101
What’s the point of having a patent issued or created by UPSTO if it is not valid 100% for the courts? What is this shitty system gov has created? That makes no sense!
Judges don’t know about technology... only law! You have to put an expert engineer to prosecute those cases!
